Local Pickup - Local Sutherland Shire residents can receive free shipping to house addresses only. Enter 'SUTHERLANDSHIRE’ to receive free shipping. Please note PO boxes are not included in free shipping. Alternatively, you can organise to pick your order up from our store in Jannali. Enter ‘shirepickup’ upon checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

Domestic shipping is sent via Australia Post standard delivery service. On average you should expect your order within 2-5 working days once your parcel has left us. Please note these are only estimated times. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped the following week. All orders come with tracking.

DESPATCH TIME
We try to get all orders despatched next business day, however in peak times please allow up to 2-4 business days.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped. All confirmation emails are sent automatically throughout the order process, if you do not receive yours please check your junk mail. If you still have not received it, it is possible you may have incorrectly entered your email in checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure addresses are written correctly, even the smallest error can result in your order getting lost in the post. If you make an error, please contact us immediately as we cannot re-direct your order once it has been dispatched. We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing when addresses have been entered incorrectly. If your order gets returned to sender you will be liable for the re-shipping costs to get the order back out to the correct address.

PRE ORDERS
If an item is stated as a “pre-order”, this means that the item is currently not in stock. Shipping time for Pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however, placing your order means you will be first to receive shipment once stock arrives.
